Cannon Place, City of London | Liberty Hygiene keeping it serviced

Delivering Washroom Services to Central London

We’re experts at negotiating the logistics of driving and working in the heart of London.  We need to be when we have the pleasure of providing an array of services to one of the swishest office space buildings in the city: Cannon Place which is in one of the most eye catching buildings in the area.    Apart from the standard washroom services, we also keep the amazing reception areas of Cannon Place pristine with our floor mat services.

When a building is as prestigious as this one and attracting top names, you don’t want any malodourous whiffs lurking around.  Our air freshening systems make sure that Cannon Place is always smelling fresh and welcoming.  Did you know that we have systems that have over 1600 different fragrances to choose from.

A little bit background on Cannon Place

The building is close to the City transport hubs and located above Cannon Street Tube Station.  Built over eight floors, Cannon Place offers 388,016 square feet of highly specified, contemporary Class A space.  Each floor between 45,000 to just under 50,000 square feet of efficient and virtually column-free space with uninterrupted light. The upper floors provide spectacular panoramic views across the city skyline toward St Paul’s Cathedral.

The award winning property was designed by Foggo Associates, and it was developed by Hines in partnership with Network Rail and London Underground and completed in 2011.  The unusual and eye catching building design is cantilevered over the train station with a range of large professional City of London occupiers. The building has a double height manned reception and good retail facilities at ground floor level. The serviced offices have their own dedicated reception and business lounge at first floor level and dedicated lift access to a range of different sized fully serviced office units.

Thank you Cannon Place for the last 3 years and looking forward to many more.  Have twirl around on Google Maps
