Scott Marshall
Founder & Managing Director

Scott has over 20 years’ experience in the washroom industry. He has a passion for driving forward the business by providing outstanding, customer focussed solutions and services with a personal touch. Scott is a keen fisherman and an active member of his local gym.

Glenn Marshall
Operations Director

Glenn has over a decade of industry experience and works closely with the senior management team to ensure the continuity of the exceptional levels of service Liberty is known for. In his spare time Glenn plays golf when possible and is a talented footballer, once having trials at Southend United FC.

 Mark Pollock
Service Director

Mark joined the Company in 2011 and is responsible for the service delivery at Liberty. He brings a wealth of financial, legal, procurement, information technology and operations experience from his previous roles. Mark enjoys spending time with his young family, playing golf and is currently working towards obtaining a BSc from the Open University in Computer Science.

Michelle Salt
Warehouse Manager

Michelle is responsible for liaising with suppliers to ensure stock and product levels are sufficient, and also deals with the Routing Manager and Service Team to arrange and plan installations and uplifts. Michelle has worked in the Washroom Industry for over a decade and has a great sector knowledge.

Jake Jug
Accounts Manager

Jake has been with Liberty since 2007 and is responsible for overseeing Liberty Hygiene’s Accounts.  Jake has in-depth knowledge of finances, the Washroom Industry, Liberty’s customers and is currently working towards a BSc (Hons) in Business Finance from the Open University. Jake likes to keep fit by regular running and playing competitive football on most weekends.

Petra Dollman
General Manager

Petra has many years industry experience and a wide knowledge of the sector as a whole. She is responsible for managing Liberty Hygiene’s HR and is also the Personal Assistant to the Company’s Directors.

Routing Manager

Emma works alongside the Operations team to ensure that Liberty’s drivers are always working on the most efficient routes possible.

Kathleen Marshall
Training & Audit Manager

Kathleen is responsible for all training of field operatives as well as carrying out regular audits of our clients sites after our service team has visited, to ensure our service levels remain the best in the industry.
