At Liberty Hygiene we are truly delighted to have some of the best known UK landmark buildings on our client list including Windsor Castle and The Gherkin. One of the latest to join our stable is King’s Place Music and Arts venue in Central London.
But first, we’d like to toot our own trumpet! (like the link ha ha?) Some words from the customers:
“We decided to replace the main entrance matting and revolving door flooring after nearly ten years of wear and tear, Liberty installed this for us like for like and out of hours, the end result was amazing and gave us a whole new look for visitors and staff entering the building, we are very pleased with the installation and the professional service we received from Liberty and PCS.
The new scent machine located within the ground floor reception and lift lobby at Kings Place is proving to be a success, the scent seems to be popular and even travels in the passenger lifts to the lift lobbies on each floor. This has improved our customer service immensely and the feedback is very positive, from entering the building to arriving at your office this lovely fragrance can be noticed throughout your journey.” – Andy Kerr Building Manager Kings Place Savills UK.
“The Savills Building Management team at Kings Place developed a customer service strategy to improve the quality of standards and provide an outstanding customer experience for their occupiers and visitors.
The service partners Principle Cleaning Services and Liberty Ltd worked closely together to put forward some new initiatives for this project. As part of the improvements, the Scent Air Machine has been installed and is on trial at the main reception on the ground floor. This machine provides a nice fragrance throughout the area which you can notice as soon as you walk into the building. We have had really good feedback about this new initiative and It is now part of the customer experience at Kings Place.” Sylvain Thouzeau, Building Performance Manager, Savills UK
About Kings Place
Kings Place is a young, independently-funded arts and conference venue in the heart of Kings Cross, whose programme is as diverse, engaging and innovative as London itself. At Kings Place, they aim to explore an idea from multiple perspectives, through a diverse offering of music, spoken word, festivals comedy and visual art.
The building itself offers a mix of a major arts venue and creative hub, fine dining and bars, top-class conferencing and a Grade A office complex. Kings Place is in fact the first new public concert hall to be built in Central London since the completion of the Barbican in 1982. The whole complex was designed to complement the surrounding area. Technologically the entire complex offers state of the art facilities. It’s a building that is already becoming a national landmark. A quick look at the What’s On page confirms this with international artists of the highest calibre bringing a varied programme.
We consider it an honour to be part of the team keeping Kings Place a world-class venue.
