Founder & CEO

Scott has over 25 years experience in the washroom industry. He has a passion for driving forward the business by providing outstanding, customer focused solutions and services with a personal touch

Managing Director

Glenn has over 15 years of industry experience and works closely with the senior management team to ensure the continuity of the exceptional levels of service Liberty is known for.

Commercial / Key Account Director

Mark is responsible for the service delivery at Liberty. He brings a wealth of financial, legal, procurement, information technology and operations experience from his previous roles

Service / Depot Manager

Mark is a member of the management team, bringing Warehouse, H&S, Distribution, Waste Management and Pest Control experience to the business.

Tracey Miles
Office Manager

Tracey works alongside the Depot Manager to ensure the depot runs smoothly, efficiently, and most importantly, safely.


Tracey is also responsible for the smooth running of the main office and ensuring our team delivers only the highest service levels..

Michelle Salt
Service Lead

Michelle is responsible for liaising with suppliers to ensure stock and product levels are sufficient, and also deals with the Routing Manager and Service Team to arrange and plan installations and uplifts. Michelle has worked in the Washroom Industry for over a decade.

Senior finance assistant

Victoria is responsible for Credit Control and Liberty’s Accounts.  Victoria has in-depth knowledge of finances, the Washroom Industry and Liberty's customers.
