We hold:

  • ISO 14001 - the leading quality system for an effective environmental management system (EMS).
  • ISO 9001 - the internationally recognised standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). We use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

We are members of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and hold Safe Contractor accreditation, which demonstrates to potential clients that we meet specific standards of health and safety.

We are also active members of Cleaning & Support Services Association (CSSA) and the Independent Washroom Services Association (IWSA) which allows us to benefit from peer group knowledge and relationships.

Operations and Tracking Systems

A new addition for 2020 is the implementation of The Big Change. The Big Change is All-in-One Mobile Workforce and Job Management Solution.

It is the paperless way to plan, manage, schedule and track our mobile workforce.

It gives us and our clients a holistic view across the business and full transparency, thanks to the access to all our portals, to see when their next service is scheduled and on the service day they can track the vans in real-time to see exactly what time the driver will be on site.

Customers can instantly access all of our legal documentation. It also helps a lot on route efficiencies, thereby cutting down our drivers routes reducing carbon footprint.

Training, Learning and Development

In order to further push our drive for excellence, we have appointed a dedicated Learning and Development Manager and believe that it will further equip our staff and service team with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively and efficiently.

While we strive to be the best service provider in the industry and invest in the development of our staff we also recognize how important this is for their personal growth and fulfilment.

Our induction processes, regular knowledge validation and skills development programme give us confidence that we constantly learn, grow, improve and develop our staff’s skills – and with it – the level of our services.
